I am a medicine woman offering innovative, body & soul care to women searching for relief from physical and emotional pain.

My experiences–both lived and professional–inform my multidimensional healing practice.

I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Certified STREAM Pelvic Care Specialist, Certified GAPS Practitioner, Postpartum Care Educator, and in addition to being a Shamanic Practitioner.

Hi! I’m Victoria.

I’m an Emergency Medicine Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience. In that time, I’ve learned a lot about what works–and doesn’t work–when it comes to health care.

Interventions save lives, and yet, interventions alone don’t support vibrant health. I believe that true vibrant health and well-being require us to take a more holistic, integrated approach to healing–one that loosens the grip on “knowing and diagnosing.”

What happens when we balance “knowing and diagnosing” with curiosity, possibility, connection, and embodied agency?

Over the past few years, I’ve been on a journey of my own… it has been a deep dive into my own health, well-being, and growth in profoundly expanded ways.

Excited to apply my lessons and skills through a more holistic framework and understanding. I’ve trained as a Certified STREAM Pelvic Care Specialist, Certified GAPS Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner, and Innate Postpartum Care Practitioner.

Multi-modality, thoughtful, and intuitive in my approach, I believe that attuned, state-to-state connection can help our bodies unlock their innate healing potential.

“I Believe in Spontaneous Healing. Do You?”

My personal healing experience showed me the human potential for health and well-being that is available to all of us.

In 2019, I was deep into my postpartum healing, struggling with pelvic pain and chronic TMJ. I was introduced to Ellen Heed, a pioneer in scar tissue remediation in pelvic floor injuries. One session with Ellen totally changed my body & life forever! I floated out of her office because for the first time in 25 years, I felt pain-free. I told my husband “I don’t know how Ellen does her magic, but I'm going to learn to do this–for myself and for others.”

The human potential to feel safety, well-being, pleasure, and power in our bodies is limitless.

I’ve always followed the breadcrumbs toward a more holistic, comprehensive, and connected approach to healing and wellness–one that embraces and connects our bodies, thoughts, emotions, and spirits.

I believe deeply in walking the walk of whole health, and am so grateful to have experienced the varied learnings and trainings that shape my approach.
